Dartmouth Collaboration with Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Paris (CCIP)

Dartmouth has entered a new collaboration with the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Paris (CCIP).  Dartmouth is officially accredited by the CCIP and Dartmouth students can take the DFP (Diplôme de Français Professionnel - Français des Affaires) exam on campus after completing French 15, Business French, which is offered by the Department of French and Italian in Spring term, taught by Professor Brigitte Mosenthal.

The Diplôme de Français Professionnel B1 certifies the ability to understand and communicate in French in the business world. It certifies that one has reached a B1 or higher level in French, as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), and enables students to identify the competencies in French that will be of value in doing business in a francophone environment.
