Assistant to the Director, 2016-17 Rome LSA+ Program
The successful candidate should be proficient in Italian, familiar with Rome (preferably through completion of an LSA or LSA+), and have some experience as a drill instructor (AT).
Duties of DA include leading conversation/drill sections, facilitating positive interactions and a sense of community among program members, assisting the faculty director with program administrative and logistical needs, and otherwise being a productive member of the staff team in Rome.
As a DA you will also have the opportunity to conduct independent research projects with each program's faculty director. Expenses covered include transportation, housing and meals in Rome, incidentals (small stipend for each program).
