Julia Kristeva essays edited by Professor Lawrence Kritzman

Professor Lawrence Kritzman has edited Passions of Our Time, a new collection of essays by the major French intellectual Julia Kristeva, professor emerita of linguistics at the Université de Paris VII.  Professor Kritzman is the the Pat and John Rosenwald Research Professor in the Arts and Sciences and a professor of French and comparative literature and has received the title of Commander of the Order of Academic Palms (L’Ordre des palmes Académiques) from the French government.  He is the author of The Fabulous Imagination: On Montaigne’s Essays (2012) and editor of the Columbia History of Twentieth-Century French Thought (2006) and the Columbia University Press series European Perspectives.  Professor Kritzman also wrote the foreward to Passions of Our Time, which is published by Columbia University Press.  To read more about the collection of essays and Julia Kristeva, click here.
